Offered is a fabulous Roman Bronze Statuette of Cupid. Cupid, the mischievous, youthful, winged god of love, alights on an elevated circular base, his right hand held aloft and holding a drinking horn. Right wing is somewhat broken, but still mostly intact. Circa 2nd-3rd century C.E.
Nice glossy green patina. One wing was broken in ancient time otherwise this wonderful Roman bronze statue is in fabulous ancient condition.
